HOW DO I USE THE CHECKOUT

All custom invitation
prices shown are FULL retail except for Birchcraft. A 35%
discount on custom invitations will be applied at the checkout
basket. You can go through the system with no obligation to
purchase and it will calculate how much you will pay and show you an
online preview. Birchcraft prices
already reflect a 42% savings.

How do I save my shopping
cart?
Whichever vendor you
choose for your invite, either Carlson Craft, Nu-Art, Regency
or McPhersons,
use our Sign In feature (top
link bar). It will save
your information so that you can return at a later date
and not have to retype. Be sure to update so that your
information is not purged.

Do you sell Blank Cardstock?
Carlson Craft products can be purchased
blank with the exception of Disney, Precious Moments, Royal Doulton,
Jean M and Chloe B with additional discounts applied along with the
regular site discount of 35% off retail prices. If you see any stock
that you would like to order blank, please call our offices and
speak with a representative.

Do you offer Catalogs?
We do not have catalogs available by mail due to
the fact we offer such a large volume of
invitations. Our online system shows most of our
invitation lines by various manufacturers. We can
get any invitation from any of our manufacturers.
If you do not see your invitation, contact us, we
can get it for you. We do
offer the ability to order
Samples.

Can I choose my own wording?
Yes, you can make up your own, use the suggested
verses provided or visit our
etiquette/wording page for
more choices. You will remove the wording and type
in whatever you choose.

Can I get extra envelopes?
Most of the time at your shopping basket on the left hand side,
it will give you the option to choose extra outer envelopes. You may
add them to your basket. If you do not see this option with
Carlson Craft products only, you can add a note in the
Special Instructions box once you hit Place Order. For
all other manufacturers, feel free to email with your confirmation
number

additional envelopes as soon as you place your order.

Do blank envelopes
come free of charge?
Blank envelopes ARE
included in the invitation
cost, except for self
mailers that do not require an outer envelope. For an
additional cost you can have your outer envelopes printed with
you return address or your inner envelope lined (lining is based
upon availability of the invitation). You do receive free blank
envelopes with most all of our invitations!

Can I get rush service
on an order?
Because our
production time is so fast, we are unable to rush your order once it
is in-house. However, we suggest you choose an expedited shipping
method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery. You
can choose as quickly for shipping method as overnight. Most
invitations ship in 24-48 hours plus your shipping method. We do
have some lines that take longer in house. If you are in a hurry
contact our offices to get the specific details of your invitation.

How long does it
take to ship my order?

Wedding Invitations, stationery, anniversary
products, baby products, greeting cards and special
occasion invitations will ship in

International Shipping
We do provide international shipping to countries
serviced by UPS. You may select the “International
Shipping Available” link on the home page for a complete
listing of the countries. Charges are based on weight
and destination.
UPS Ground shipping ranges from 2-7 business days
based on where you are located in relation to the
manufacturer of the product you purchased. If you are in
need of a more accurate UPS timeframe, feel free to
email or chat and our representatives will be happy to
work up a timeframe estimate for you.
Shipping Costs vary based on each manufacturer:

calculates the shipping for you based on weight and
location and gives you options prior to checkout.

Do you print in Spanish?
We can print foreign
languages when the letters
are from the English
alphabet. We also offer Spanish verses
on the personalization pages or visit

additional cost for printing in Spanish.

What if I have Special
Instructions?
If
purchasing a Carlson Craft product or Birchcraft product and you
want to add some specific instructions or provide more detail about
your order, use the "Special Instructions or Comments" box on
the "Shipping Information" page. If you want your name in a larger
or different font or any other option that you don't see offered,
simply make your request in this space. Always feel free to email
service@invitationdiscounters.com with any questions or
special requests regarding your order. If you have any special
instructions when purchasing through Nu-Art or Mcphersons, please
include your order confirmation number and email us with your
special instructions as soon as you place your order.

How many invitations
should I order?
Make sure to order enough invitations! Order
enough to send one to each family, couple, or household.
You may wish to order extra invitations to cover
last-minute additions to the guest list or any guests
you may have overlooked. To save money, order an
additional 25. The cost at the time of your original
order is lower than if you were to order 25 at another
time.

Any invitation can be used as an announcement
by changing the wording.

can order any wedding invitation from
Carlson Craft, Regency, Nu-Art, BirchCraft,
McPhersons, Royal Imprints and Masterpiece Studios albums even if they are not located on our
website except for the TRU™
line
. If you find an invitation,
program or accessory not located on our site, please
feel free to call, email or LIVE CHAT and we can get it
for you at a great price and we offer a Low Price
Guarantee.

Why are two identical invites listed with different prices &
numbers?
We offer invitations from several different
manufacturers and many times they offer the same
stock.

What is included in the
ensemble?
Invitation prices include printing, blank unlined envelopes
(you can pay to have the envelope lined or printed
on the outside flap). Reception card prices include
printing of card only and NO envelopes.
Response card prices include printing and envelopes
printed with address. Informal Note/Thank You Note include printing and blank envelopes.
Ordering Tip:
Colored inks are available for an extra
charge of $5.00 per item. For
each item you order such as invitation,
response, etc., you would pay $5.00 per item,
regardless of how many you order of that item.
(Ex. You order 100
invitations + 100 Response, you would pay $10.00
extra for colored ink)

Does changing the color of the ink change the design color?
In most instances, the design is only
as shown. Changing the color of the ink DOES NOT
change the color of the design. If the design is
printed when the wording is printed, a message will
state on the screen that the design will be printed
in the same ink color as the wording.

What
process in used to print your invitations?
Most of the invitations on our site are printed in thermography
(raised ink). If on the website it is not stated, most likely it is
thermography but feel free to contact us to be sure. Many
invitations have a note stating, if it is
a flat ink, letterpress or engraved
invitation.

Can I see a
proof before my order is printed?
MOST invitations come with a
virtual proof. Try out our system of customizing and
viewing your invitation with no obligation to purchase
and send it to family and friends via email. There are a
few invite lines, that will provide a complimentary e-proof once you
place your order, such as Something Different of
Carlson Craft. You can purchase for $5.00 a hard copy
proof. Proofs are black
and white copies of your invitation just as it will
lay on your card. It allows you to see the lettering
and layout of the cards before they are printed so
that you can make changes. Proofs will be emailed to the email address
you provide. It takes 2-4 business days to receive the proof from the printer and send them to you.
Once you approve the proof most orders ship within 2
business days if there are no additional questions.
If you are purchasing a Carlson Craft invitation, you may choose to
order a proof in the Special Instructions Box, Birchcraft and
Mcphersons give you an option to purchase a proof. If you would like
a proof from Nu-Art, please email us as soon as you place your order
with a confirmation number and state you would like to order a
proof.

When should I mail my
invitations?
Save the dates are usually sent 4-6 months prior to the
wedding. In cases of destination weddings, weddings located in a
tourist area or if your date is around a holiday, you can send them
out as far in advance as twelve months.
Wedding and other Formal Events requiring RSVP can be sent
out 6-8 weeks prior to the event.
Casual Party or party invitations with no RSVP necessary
can be sent out 3-4 weeks prior to event.

How do I reorder more
invitations?

direct you on how to reorder products. We sell many manufacturers so
this is the easiest method of locating your products and setting you
up for the reorder.
