If any of your printed stationery or accessories are misprinted,
please contact us immediately by phone, e-mail
or LIVECHAT. If the printers have made an error,
they will reprint at no additional cost to
you. If you made an error, we will have the items reprinted
and will give you an additional
percentage off your re-order. We must be
contacted in regards to misprints and
shortages within 10 days of you receiving your order.
Return Policy for PRINTED~PERSONALIZED
Items: Refunds or
Returns on undamaged personalized or printed items
are not possible. Please order samples of
invitations to make sure that you are completely
satisfied with your product choice.
Return Policy for NON-PRINTED~NON-PERSONALIZED
Items: You may return any unprinted or non-personalized item ordered that you are not satisfied with for a full refund
excluding shipping. All returns must be sent back
within 20 days from the date of purchase.
Order Cancellation~Change Policy:
All orders which are canceled that have been
submitted will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee plus
a 2.9% of the purchase price handling fee. If the order is on a proof, it is subject to the proof charges as well.
Unfortunately, if an order has already been printed,
you will be charged full price for the order.
